I have been using Omegas soft gel tablets for about 14 days i really feel good about it ..it would be early to say about results i need to take soft gels continuosly for 2 months then i will share my experience..but i must say it is very essential for both male & females for maintaining good health.
It's pretty good, unlike other oils it doesn't stay on top of your skin but sinks in and you wake up with a soft dewy a lil bit sticky skin upon washing with water. As a karachiite I was worried about getting pimples by using oil on my skin in an already too humid and hot climate, but to my surprise no such issues. I use it for my facial massage and its natural scent really calms me down. Thank you! Will order again

I find the 30 capsule plastic bottles to result in unnecessary plastic waste. North Naturals very kindly did special packaging of 90 tablets in aluminium containers for me. Much appreciate their gesture. Would also like to see their packaging become more eco sensitive for all customers not just me. Really appreciate this product because it is Pakistani, does not involve killing fish and is a great health supplement. Keep it up North Naturals.
